Sunlu S4 Desiccant (Silica Gel) Dry Basket

Basket to dry desiccant / silica gel in the Sunlu S4 filament dryer.

These boxes fit exactly onto the space over the bearings of the Sunlu S4 filament dryer.

Simply dry your desiccant / silica gel at 70°C for a few hours, stir from time to time.

I recommend two boxes because air flow is better the less each box is filled.

It's mandatory to use a high temperature filament like ABS, ASA, PC or similar!

PETG and PLA will not work. I tested PETG and the bottom deformed while using.

The holes/slots are 0.8mm wide.

No support needed. I used 3 walls and 4 top/bottom layers to get it stronger.
