This a simple but effective way of changing the color of your tealight candles. I printed in BL orange matte and the change was dramatic.

The hat model referenced is fully open at the bottom, but I also used this in a model that had the tealight inside a hole and it fit nicely. Your mileage may vary as all models are slightly different.
When I printed i was left with a tiny bit of rough surface on the interior top but was not too concerned as this is not a cosmetic item. I did not print with supports (just a small brim) as I wanted it to be efficient with the filament. Let me know if you have issues with the profile and I can upload one with supports.
The opening at the bottom is 39mm and it is 35mm tall.
