Universal Camera Mount for side wall – PETG Printed

This is a universal side-wall camera mount that I designed for flexible indoor camera installation. Unlike fixed camera brackets with pre-made screw positions, this mount uses an open mounting platform, allowing you to drill or place screw holes wherever needed to match different camera bases.

I printed the mount in PETG for better strength, durability, and heat resistance compared to PLA, making it suitable for long-term wall mounting.

Printing Recommendations

• Material: PETG recommended
• Layer Height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 30–40%
• Walls: 3–4 perimeters

Installation Guide

1. Print the mount using PETG or another strong material.
2. Attach the bracket securely to the wall using screws.
3. Position your camera base on the mount platform.
4. Mark and drill screw locations according to your camera’s mounting pattern.
5. Secure the camera and adjust the viewing angle.

This design works well for security cameras, smart home cameras, or lightweight monitoring systems where a side-wall installation is needed.
