Please, be respectful/thoughtful of my other models that have a standard license. Without a license, selling any non non-commercial use models is a violation of the digital file license & a disrespect towards the thousands of hours I have put into my work.

• The noodle I used is only ~2" wide & I CUT them in HALF. I was able to buy them for < $1 each from Walmart (in store only)
• (They are Big Joe Swim Noodles - NOT "Super" or "Mega")

UPDATE 1:
- Increased screw size by 6%
- Oriented threads down (for better hold)

UPDATE 2:
- Improved profile, reduced to 3 walls, reduced fuzziness, significantly reduced print time

- Thickened inner/outer walls (improve overhang performance & increase sturdiness)

UPDATE 3:
- Rounded off tip

- Differentiated 19mm vs 25mm diameter hole versions (25mm hole has a 25% wider screw)

UPDATE 4:
- Leveled out & widened the guard

- ADDED new versions! Smooth, fuzzy grip, & leather grip (Orcaslicer only, uses Rigid Multifractal skin, find in STL/CAD files)
 

UPDATE 5:

- Added a profile with settings meant to improve adhesion & reduce colissions for 4 sword handles, for those interested in commercial use

UPDATE 6:

- Added new profile that uses v2 screw & updated 2 other profiles to use it (& the Orca Only leather version)

- Removed fuzzy skin setting from “wood” version

- Added screw test profile to decrease the chances of wasting filament by printing the wrong hole size profile

- On updated profiles - reduced chances of collisions & plate detachment via settings:

     - Reduced elephant foot complensation from .125mm to .08mm

     - Enabled avoid crossing walls

     - Disabled reduce infill retraction

Many of us are preparing for farmer's markets or arts & craft fairs.

I've seen several others make handles to screw on a pool noodle to use as a kids toy sword.

I didn't want to pay for another commercial license, so I decided to design my own!

• There is a large cylindrical void where the thread/hilt meet - to increase sturdiness
• You could probably get away with less infill/wall (but my first 10% infill 2 wall broke from my kid throwing it on a hardwood floor)
• These are free for commercial use/sale
