I highly suggest printing this - give yourself a better understanding of mechanisms, the amazing things people think of. This model is super satisfying to play with as well which is why I was asked to post this, by a friend. This is the mechanism for pressing the button on a pen, I spent many hours designing it and tested many other iterations before getting to this design.
Print with any filament. I suggest PETG or silk PLA because they are more slippery than regular PLA. Please boost below:
