Cancellation policy

Some items at My Mad Man Lab may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or try before you buy. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select at checkout. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription, you can cancel it at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain a link to manage your order, and you can manage or cancel your subscription from there. Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an item that is not yet in inventory or is made to order. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then charge the full or remaining balance at a future date before the item ships.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled for a full refund of any amount paid. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or a made-to-order item has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a refund in line with our Return and refund policy. Try before you buy

When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a set amount of time to decide whether you want to keep the item. If you keep it, we charge your payment method for the full amount. If you return it within the trial period following our Return and refund policy, you will not be charged, or you will be refunded any authorized amount.
