10.1" Raspberry Pi VESA Case (Meanwell LRS-35 PSU)

This is a "good enough" iteration of a design I’ve been refining to house a 10.1-inch Raspberry Pi screen. The goal was simple: make it sturdy, keep the Pi cool, and make sure it actually stays on the monitor arm. 

• Modular Panels: I split the front and back panels. The back panel stays firmly bolted to the screen frame for stability, while the front bezel is easy to swap out if you want to change colors or adjust the look without taking the whole thing apart.
• VESA 75 Ready: Standard 75mm x 75mm mounting holes are built right in.
• Meanwell LRS-35 Support: This case is designed specifically to fit the Meanwell LRS-35 (35W) power supply. I’ve included the physical specs in the images. I didn't bother with fancy teardrop holes for the PSU mounting—standard holes work just fine for a firm fit.
• Room to Breathe: There is plenty of internal clearance. If you’re running a Pi 4 or Pi 5 with a Beefy cooler or the Active Cooler, you won’t have to worry about throttled performance due to heat soak.
• Sacrificial roof supports: Roof is supported by 2 thin structures that can be easily removed and thrown away. This is done to print the model without slicer supports.
