17 squares puzzle

The challenge here is to find the smallest square into which 17 squares can be packed. The optimal size for a unit square  is apparently 4.6756 x 4.6756 so I designed the tray at this size but when I printed it it does (luckily) allow slightly less optimal solutions as I think the optimal is probably (?) impossible for a human to find
