18650 Cells Double Row Holder Set | Wire Channels

This is the "Double Row" edition of my battery holder set. It features grid configurations ranging from 2x2 up to 2x6, providing superior structural rigidity for larger battery packs compared to single strips.

Just like the single-row version, these holders feature dedicated voids/channels where the cells meet. This allows you to cleanly route BMS balance wires or insert temperature sensors deep into the pack without wasting space.

Key Features:

• Rigid Grid: Double-row design locks cells together more securely.
• Wire Management: Central channels for BMS cables and thermistors.
• Perfect Alignment: Ensures easy and consistent spot welding.

Printing Instructions:

• Material: PETG, ABS, or ASA are strongly recommended. PLA may deform if the battery pack generates heat.
• Supports: None required.
• Walls: 2-3 perimeters for strength.
