3/4" Threaded Portable AC Drain Hose Adapter

A custom-designed 90-degree adapter featuring a 3/4-inch female threaded nut and a tapered cone nozzle. Specifically engineered for portable air conditioners to facilitate efficient condensate water drainage.

The curved design helps redirect the flow in tight spaces, while the tapered nozzle allows for a secure, snug fit with standard flexible drain hoses.

Recommended Print Settings:

• Material: PETG or CoPET (for waterproof properties and durability)
• Orientation: Print at a 45-degree angle relative to the heatbed (as shown in the model orientation) to ensure a high-quality thread print without any internal supports.
• Supports: Tree supports enabled only for the external overhanging curve touching the build plate (do not place supports inside the threaded area).
  
  Orientation & Angle Selection Guide:
• The model includes 8 different files, each shifting the nozzle direction by 45 degrees relative to the thread start. To get the perfect nozzle position on your AC unit, follow these steps:
• Print the "patrubok-test" file first. It has a white dot (or a physical mark) indicating the baseline alignment point.
• Screw the Test Nut onto your air conditioner's 3/4" thread until it is fully tightened.
• Check where the mark faces, determine which way the final nozzle should point, and calculate the required angle offset.
• Download and print the corresponding model file (0°, 45°, 90°, etc.) for a perfect fit.
