This is a precision-engineered First Layer Test designed specifically for the Bambu Lab A1. While the A1 features a 256x256mm build plate, this model is optimized to 255x255mm to provide a safety margin for physical bed alignment tolerances while still testing the maximum reachable surface area.

Special Feature: Deep Bed Cleaning
This model doubles as a bed maintenance utility.
The Method: Once the print is finished, peel the layer off while the build plate is still slightly warm (approx. 40~50°C).
The Benefit: The large, continuous surface area acts as a cleaning film. As you peel it, it lifts away micro-dust, tiny filament debris, and old adhesive residues that are difficult to see, leaving your PEI plate refreshed and ready for your next big project.
Printing Instructions & Tips
Crucial Step: Please ensure you have completed the Filament Flow Calibration before running this test. Accurate flow is required to correctly diagnose leveling issues.
Layer Height: Optimized for a 0.2mm first layer.
Diagnostics:
Smooth & Solid: Perfect leveling.
Rough/Rippled: Nozzle is too close (Lower the Z-offset).
Gaps/Poor Adhesion: Nozzle is too far (Raise the Z-offset).
