Hier ist mein optimiertes PLA-CF (Carbon Fiber) Profil für den Bambu Lab A1 mini.
Dieses Profil wurde intensiv getestet und perfekt auf die Verarbeitung von kohlefaserverstärktem PLA abgestimmt. Es minimiert Überextrusion, sorgt für messerscharfe Kanten und bringt die wunderschöne, matte Oberflächenstruktur des Carbon-Filaments perfekt zur Geltung .
Als Grundlage wurde das originale PLA-CF Profil von Bambu Lab verwendet und speziell auf maximale Maßhaltigkeit und Festigkeit hin optimiert.
⚠️ Wichtig:
Für optimale Druckergebnisse sollte das Filament:
- vor dem Druck korrekt kalibriert werden (Flussrate und Druckverlauf)
- trocken gelagert werden, um feine Einschlüsse zu vermeiden

Here is my optimized PLA-CF (Carbon Fiber) profile tailored specifically for the Bambu Lab A1 mini.
This profile has been extensively tested to handle the unique characteristics of carbon-fiber reinforced PLA. It minimizes over-extrusion, ensures razor-sharp corners, and perfectly highlights the beautiful, matte surface texture of the carbon filament.
The original Bambu Lab PLA-CF profile was used as a baseline and fine-tuned specifically for maximum dimensional accuracy and part strength.
