This is the first Arduino case I've designed so be kind. I wanted something that had a friction fit lid and decided to go with an oversized lid that could double up as a tray for the unit when I'm tinkering with it. The tolerances on this are really tight so the Arduino Uno - or in my case the UNO R3 clone snaps really nicely into position. I've left some room around the USB and power ports so that you've a bit of wiggle room in case the board you are using has slightly different geometry.
The lid also leaves the GPIO exposed, and I've left the sizing so that typical dupont style cables can still be pushed in and out with ease. This has always been a bug bear for me with other cases and enclosures I've used as a hobbyist! The cables wouldn't fit in. Hopefully you'll find it helps.
