Description:
This is a fork of BambuLab A1 Spool Holder with Bearings 608 V2 and BambuLab A1 Spool Holder with Bearings 608 V1 by Zhero.
Great thanks to Zhero for his great work on V1 and V2. I admired these projects very much.
Unfortunately none of them fit with the AMS lite Top Mount for A1 well.
This is the reason why I did my best as a beginner and created a V3 fork of his work.
All modifications were implemented using Bambu Studio.
Highlights:
You can now have two external filament sources mounted on your Bambulab A1 printer all the time, inclusive with AMS it gives a total of 6 filaments available all the time.
Of course... you will only be able to use one external source at a time, but at least you'll benefit from less manual material changes for more demanding prints.
The filament guide is moved to the side of the printer frame to provide clearance for the printing head in the topmost Z positions.

Requirements:
To effectively use two external holders you'll need to:
- print A1 Series Filament Hub Helper Squid for the input of extra PTFE tubes (or similar project allowing connecting 6 PTFE sources),
- buy some extra 4mm PTFE tube for extra holder(s),
- order another PTFE tube connector for A1 from Bambulab store - or use the filament guides provided with this V3 project.

What to print:
If you are switching from any previous V1 or V2 versions of BambuLab A1 Spool Hodler with Bearings 608 by Zhero, depending if you need one or two holders, you just need to print new AMS mount compatible hook(s) (AMS hook left and / or AMS hook right).

The base and half rollers that you might have already printed are 100% compatible and you can keep them.

Since it was difficult to obtain addition PTFE tube connector for A1 from Bambulab store at my location I included custom filament guides to make it work for everyone without extra costs. Using original Bambulab equipment seems to be a better idea, if you can have it - order it! Otherwise print "Filament guides" available within the project.

Tolerances:
Measure twice, cut once instead of cut for the 3rd time and have your thing still too short ;-)

On the plate "Print tolerances test by object" you will find sample elements to printout and see if everything fits smoothly:
- PTFE tube in the filament guide - should be little tight to keep the tube inside
- filament guide into ball joint socket - should be able to freely move to not put any stress on print head module
- ball joint socket into holder template part - should be tight enough to avoid falling out of the holder
- the holder itself should snap on the printer hook with slight force



Since my holder hooks were printed using ABS material I had to use 10mm brim around the hooks, otherwise it would warp and the whole printout would be broken.
