Belt Tensioner Knob for Ender 3 (M4 Nut Remix)

A simple belt tensioner knob remix for the Ender 3 and Ender 3 Pro X and Y belt tensioners by Crosslink. 

The original design used M4 threaded heat inserts. This remix changes the knob so you can use a standard M4 nut instead. The nut is sized for a snug press fit and the body has a bit more bulk for strength and durability. 

Features

• Compatible with Crosslink’s Ender 3 and Ender 3 Pro X and Y belt tensioners 
• Uses a common M4 nut instead of a threaded heat insert
• Press fit pocket for the nut
• Slightly beefed up body for better grip and strength

Recommended print settings

• Material: PLA or PETG
• Layer height: around 0.16 mm or lower for a clean knurl 
• Perimeters: 3
• Infill: 15 to 20 percent is plenty 
• Supports: not required
