Birdy Bike Rear Suspension Elastomer Extension

If your Birdy bike has a loose rear fork due to the gap between mainframe and the suspension elastomer, then you can print a extension to the elastomer suspension to fill the gap.

Dimensions of the extension:

• Inner diameter: 12mm
• Outer diameter: 32mm
• Length: 4mm (yours might be different, so it's best that you check first)

Material:

• Generic TPU

Print Setting:

• Wall: 4
• Infill: 100%

Assembly:

• Put the extension at the bottom of the bolt pole
• Then put the elastomer suspension on the top
• Close the fold and check if the rear fork is properly locked
