I used this model to attach a PET botlle in my design.

Summary:

A water bowl with a standard bottle as reservoir for all sorts of small animals.

Model Description:

It's important to keep animals hydrated so I designed this water bowl that automatically refills itself with water from the reservoir attached to it. The model uses a common PET bottle as reservoir to recycle at the same time.

In the middle of the bowl there is an additional wall since some cats like to drink their water next to an edge.

Printing Information:

• Since this model could be exposed to the elements and will contain water you should use a non porous, uv resistant (if for outside) filaments like PETG or ASA. I recommend PETG as it is safer (similar to PET bottles plastic).
• To avoid poisoning the animals you should also thoroughly clean the model to remove any contaminants leftover from the 3dprinting process. You also can use a food-safe resin to coat the model for optimal protection.
