Prusa Mk4s have quite deep "wells" for the Z-axis motors. These dust covers just stop stray filament falling in them. Also work for a lot of other printers.

They have a 25mm external diameter.

0.4mm nozzle likely required.

Only the threads were kept from the original model (Prusa Mk3s z-screw-cover.stl).
