The adjusting lever for the drawer of my MIELE dish washer became loose after a few years causing the lever to fall off, when some force is used to pull out the drawer.
To lock the lever into place, insert the clips between the metal grid and the levers (see picture).
The pieces should be printed with material that is able to withstand the temperature of the dish washer. I printed with ABS. TPU might also work when a lot of infill is selected (not tested).
