Customizable License Plate Frame (12" American)

This is a license plate frame I made to raise money for my kid's school. I realize your school is probably not called the Milford Eagles, but I attached those plates anyway as an example and provided the STEP files so if you have any CAD knowledge you can make them say whatever you want pretty easily. One plate has frames with alignment holes, and another has no holes so you can put them wherever you want. The frames with alignment holes are for 1/8" (or 3mm) dowel pins. I glue the 2 halves of the frame together first with medium or thick starbond, put the dowel pins in, apply glue to the back of the plate, line it up and seat it, clamp it, and then pull the pins out the back side. (You could leave the pins in if you use real short ones, but I find it's easier to use longer ones and just pull them out as long as you don't get glue on them.) Made with ASA for heat and UV resistance.

*Side note: the one that says “FREE CANDY & V-BUCKS” was a request from my brother to secretly put on his friend's windowless white work van. This model can be used for good or evil.
