Customizable parametric all-size battery holder

You can change parameters in attached Fusion360 file to create any size and any number of serial and parallel cell holder. The only 3 parameters needed to change are:

• cell_dia: diameter of your battery cell. Enter exactly as you measured using your caliper. 18650 is most probably 18.4, 20700 is most probably 20.4, 21700 is most probably 21.4
• x_axis_multiplier: how many cell to generate in x axis
• y_axis_multiplier: how many cell to generate in y axis

Optional parameters:

• tolerance: value of 0.3 work for most printer. only change if you know your printer
• holder_thickness: default value of 7mm is a good balance, you can lower this to save on print time and plastic, or raise it to increase rigidity and toughness.
• dist_between_cells: distance between cells. Default is 0.8mm which is 2 wall for 0.4mm nozzle. Change it to suit the nickel strip you bought if needed.
• hole_middle_dia: diameter for the holes in between cells.

There are 2 generated designs: “standard" and “lowprofile”. Normal design have 4 corners raised to account for wiring, while lowprofile doesn't. In retrospect, I should've used lowprofile as the standard as it's how these holder normally are.

This design also print without any support so that's an advantage compared to other holder designs.
