Update 11/4/2025: By request I've added a profile for a version that has a 120mm semi-circular cutout.

 

This is a template for routing a handle into the bottom of a cutting board. Handle is 85mm (~3-1/8") wide and 38mm (~1-½") deep. The template includes a centering mark and a fence on the front to keep it square to the board.  Adjust the Z height in the slicer to accommodate for the depth of your router bit. Any filament should work fine, I used PLA.
