I have the Eko 500, which does not fit any of the previously designed Stethoscope holders (only 1 leather one on Amazon). Often I get tired of having on my neck, so resized/Tweaked from @LetterPress_683167 on printables, as it had the notch in the middle. This design size, utilizing PETG, fits on my scrubs without easily falling off, and fits the head of the EKO 500 with and without the rubber cover. Hope this helps others! 

 

This can be easily switched to PLA if preferred
