Elegoo Saturn 4 (Ultra) Handle - No drill No glue

A simplified handle that's fast and easy to print, and also matches the style of the printer.

There's two versions of the handle, gap and file

• Gap
  Can be installed without making any modifications of the printer lid, but will cause a slight gap when the lid is closed.

• File
  will need to file down the inner lip of the lid by 3 mm, allows the lid to fully close as before
  v2 of the model is adjusted to have a tighter fit, allowing the lid to truely fully close
  score the lid with a caliper then file down to the line, took me about an hour to file it down with a jewlery file. Would be a lot faster if you have access to power tools. 

  

  Acrylic dust is not toxic, but PPE still recommended. Also recommened to cover up the vat, otherwise cleanup is quite the pain.

The two files have slightly different geometry, so you'll have to decide which one you want.

Handle span the whole length of the left front side, you can scale the model in Z direction to print a narrower handle.

While glue is not requires, a bit of glue will help the handle to stay on better.
