Model of Glasses worn by elphaba in the movie Wicked. Remix of glasses by Graven Image. Those were great but didn't work when scaled down for my kiddo, hence the remix. Should fit most children and even some small adults. I did completely remodel these so any errors or fit issues are my own. Main differences from the original model:
- Circle and spacing of lenses are approximately 85% scale of original
- Some modifications on the way the black went around (my preference)
- Arms are shortened to accommodated kids head size and curve changed for my daughters preferences
- Hinge design mods to add robustness, change the fit to be a bit tighter and stay better on kids heads
As with the original model, you will still need a bit of filament to hold together. ( See pic with the exaggerated long teal filament through the hole for an example) It worked great for me to cut to length and then put a dab of glue to hold in place.
NOTE: If you wish, the glasses arms from the original model (longer and slightly different hinge) they do fit on these lenses.
