Ender 3 Extruder Tension Wedge with Cable Guide

I really liked the Ender 3 Extruder Tension Fix by theroar, but my custom aluminum extruder from AliExpress didn’t have a way to route the toolhead cable sleeve. Since the wedge was already in a convenient spot for a cable guide, I added one to keep the sleeve out of the way.
 

Fusion 360 and STEP files are included.
 

Side note: I printed mine in PETG, and it does not require any supports as long as you print it in the orientation shown in the second picture (good bed adhesion is crucial).
