All 18 Classic drawer variants for the 165 collection of the GEN2 QuickLock Modular System: four widths across five heights, all current v2602 geometry. Print only what you need, snap it together, and rearrange or expand anytime.

Classic drawers print in one piece with the handle built in. No assembly, no extra parts, ready to use right off the bed.

SMALL PRINTER FRIENDLY

1W drawers fit an A1 mini. 2W drawers also fit the 180mm plate, but only if you leave helper disks and brim ears off, so give yourself a clean bed and good adhesion instead.

1W and 2W both drop onto any 256mm printer with plenty of room. 3W needs a 320mm bed, 4W needs 350mm.

HARDWARE

• Filament - Bambu PLA Basic (easy, prints great for most parts) or Bambu PETG for stronger, heavier duty storage
• Screwdriver
• Magnets (optional) - 10x2mm or 6x2mm
• M3 nuts and screws - stainless steel or steel

RECOMMENDED PRINT SETTINGS

• Filament - PLA (PETG or ABS for heavier duty storage)
• Supports - none needed
• Nozzle - 0.4mm
• Layer height - 0.2 to 0.35mm
• Infill - 10 to 20%

PREPARATION

Clean your print surface well to prevent warping. Warping can make it difficult, and sometimes impossible, for the rails to slide together. A build plate adhesive or glue stick helps, and keeping the printer away from windows or breezy areas (or in an enclosure) makes a difference. In your slicer you can also add Helper-Disks / Brim-Ears at the corners for more bed adhesion.
