The clip cover design, representing a small smiling mountain, was entirely created by me. I originally designed it for my wife, who works with children, with the goal of having a friendly and approachable look. It fits over the existing clip to enhance the appearance while keeping the original mechanism and attachment unchanged.
The model also includes a badge holder designed for up to two standard magnetic cards. All assembly tolerances are directly built into the model, so no manual adjustments are required before printing.
The recommended material is PETG, providing good mechanical strength and durability for everyday use.
The showcased version uses the AMS for the decorative part, but it is not required. A simple filament change at specific layers is sufficient, and this only applies to the decorative cover.
Additional compatible decorative clip designs are planned, allowing multiple interchangeable styles.
