HueForge Bevelled Edge Frame 200x200 with inserts (Any size possible, parameterised in F360)

Version 3 of a printable HueForge Frame for 200x200mm prints. This version uses press in right-angled inserts to hold the frame securely. NO GLUE needed - the inserts are a snug fit! No supports or brim needed.

I have Included the F360 file which includes info on which parameters to change for different sized frames. Follow the instructions and the frame will resize automatically, then export the STL or STEP, and make clones on the plate. Note that trying adjust size by just scaling in Bambu Studio will fail because the mitre angles will change.

You can now adjust most of the parameters to change height and width of the frame, thickness of the HF Image etc. Guidance is given in the F360 file for ranges of values I have tested. See the comments inside the Modify, Change Parameters dialog box.

If the insert is too tight or loose, there is now a parameter in the F360 file for PrinterTolerance as one user commented that it was too tight - mine have always been fine, but printers and PLA do vary, so you can adjust if needed. Apologies to those who uploaded earlier versions, V10 is the latest and greatest and most flexible.

I did this special frame for a Die Hard print to make it look more like he was in the air duct, with a frame height of 40mm.
