Improved HICTOP i3 X Belt Holder

Remodeled from scratch because the module that I remixed from didn't slice correctly in Simplify 3D. Rounded corners at the top to prevent areas where the belt might catch. Also narrowed the gap where the teeth are by 0.1mm to give a little better grip on the belt

12/24/2020 Update: Added two channels on either side to allow a thin zip tie to be threaded through and around the belts to prevent them from slipping.
