For a long time I looked in the direction of this vice, and decided to buy. As it turned out, the vice is wonderful, very well executed, but I didn't like the handle. Slips too much in the hand when clamped. Making a new one out of plastic is a piece of cake. Now everything is fine. I am sure in the future you will see them in my works on video more than once.
In addition, I made a slight modification to the design itself by adding a Teflon gasket to the clamp of the vise jaw. Gasket made of special adhesive reinforced tape. And if you're interested, you can see everything in the video.
I also posted a full copy of the vise in STEP format, in case you want to print or modify the vise itself.
