MagniMate - Magnet Applicator

The MagniMate - Magnet Applicator is a practical tool designed to help you easily insert magnets into your 3D-printed objects during the printing process. It ensures that your magnets are accurately positioned and securely embedded within your prints.

Magnet Requirement: Requires one 6x3mm round neodymium magnet. I got mine from aliexpress, but any magnet this dimention should work.

Warning: 

• Use a stainless steel nozzle to prevent the magnet from sticking to it. If you opt for a hardened steel nozzle, apply a drop of super glue to ensure the magnet stays in place during printing.
• If you download the raw file, make sure to add a pause in slicer to add the magnet. This is already included in the print profile i uploaded.

Assembly during printing:

1. When the printer pauses, insert your 6x3mm magnet and make sure the magnet height is not higher than the plastic.
2. Ensure the magnet is oriented in the opposite direction because the tool is printed upwards. This ensures that the magnets are correctly positioned when using the tool.
3. Hit "resume printing".
