I was looking for a compact and portable solution to store my MicroSD cards used in various projects.
To find (again) the correct card, i need to store a note as well.
Inspired by https://makerworld.com/en/models/570827 i created my own credit card sized version.
For empty Cards i use its predecessor https://makerworld.com/en/models/81679 please check it out as well!
This design is my own, but is very heavily inspired by those two, so i give them credit.
- credit-card sized
- holds up to 6 microSD Cards
- holds a note as well (11,8mm friction fit for 12mm Labelwriter-Tapes)
- rounded corners for more easy wallet-use
- tapered edges to allow use in Systainers and fit better in wallets
- improved “finger” to not expose the microSD contacts
Print at 0,2mm layer height, no supports, no brim, …
Let the buildplate cool down completely, before removing the print to prevent deforming of the card.
Use something flat to remove the card from the buildplate if necessary. Be careful not to damage your buildplate.
