Nuphy Kick 75 (low profile) round volume knob

I modeled a replacement for the volume knob that's round and simple. It also features knurling for better grip and a debossed indicator dot.

Print Settings

Print in any filament you like! I used red Bambu PLA Basic with the default 0.20mm Strength profile.

If you want the indicator dot to print with smoother curves, I recommend turning on variable layer height and reducing the top layers (where the dot is) to 0.08mm height. This should already be done if you use the provided .3mf file.

Troubleshooting

If the print doesn't fit your keyboard (e.g. too loose or too tight), you can either modify the .step file to change the D-shaft hole size, or use my OnShape link here to export a new STEP or STL file with a custom tolerance value (0.2mm is the default, a bigger value fits looser):

To export, right click “round knob” under the Parts group on the left side panel, then click “Export” and choose your filetype (STEP or STL).
