You can play with the X and Y axes as you like, but don't touch the Z axis or you'll ruin the layers order.
You can change the colors, especially the brown and skin ones. Just make sure to switch the brown with a dark color, and the skin with a lighter one.
Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.16mm

Swap Instructions:
Start with Black
At layer #7 (0.64mm) swap to Light Brown
At layer #8 (0.72mm) swap to Skin
At layer #9 (0.8mm) swap to White for the rest.
