You can adjust:

  • tape_length → automatically scales spool diameter
  • tape_width → adjusts internal height for your's tape width
  • case_wall_thick → controls case stiffness

or, upon request, I can prepare an STL for the tape dimensions you specify.

⚙ MY PRINT SETTINGS

  • Material: PETG
  • Layer height: 0.20 mm
  • Perimeters: 2
  • Supports: it's reccomended to use it to WINDER under the finger spot, but not essensial
  • Infill: 60% honeycomb 3D

📦 HARDWARE you will need to assemble

  • 1x 608 Bearing (8×22×7 mm) 
    👉 standard skateboard / rollerblade bearing

🔧 ASSEMBLY (30 seconds)

  1. Press the bearing into the BASE part
  2. Slide the tape end into the flexible “ears”
  3. Snap WINDER onto the BASE
  4. Spin… and enjoy 😄
