Propane tank handle crank / turning device

Cold propane tank valves can be hard to open. This will help! Made for my mom, but my cold-weather friends said they'd like one too.

My a1 had no issue with the bridging in the profile, but if your printer doesn't handle them well you might consider adding some supports.
