At my workplace, we have these tubes, so I created a lid and divider for them.

Now I use them to store my excess filament ;) it's easy to fill and compress.

You can easily measure the inside diameter and scale the divider to test the fit.

If it fits perfectly, you can apply the same scale percentage to the lid and print it.

If you want it smaller, scale everything except the z-axis.
