I wanted to try making something using only primitive solids in Bambu Studios. So I made a lampshade for my ceiling light that has a 10mm mounting bolt and two bulbs.
This lampshade is made of three parts, two cube halves and a support disk. The two half stack on each other in the center with the walls meeting. The disk goes on the bottom to keep the halves from drooping. If there is a gap between the halves, some clear tape can hold them together.
The two halves should be printed in a transparent material or one with good light transmission and with some level of heat resistance. I used Bambu Labs PETG Transparent Brown and should withstand the heat from my LED bulbs. The support disk can be printed with whatever rigid material of your choice. I used the PETG for a cohesive look without blocking too much light.
