What this is

This is a remixed forearm frame (frame only) for Dummy 13 that is strictly designed for a 150% base body to mount 300% hands/forearms.

• Body side: 150% ONLY
• Hand/forearm side: 300% ONLY
• Ratio note: supports hand = body × 2 use-cases only. Example (unverified): by uniformly scaling this part, you could adapt 100% body → 200% hand. This specific conversion has not been tested.
