Designed to replace missing end cap from metal round tube with 25mm OD. It has about 2.5mm of thickness for edge protection. Also, has a 15mm cutaway to accommodate fasteners near then tube end. The model is exact but in reality my prints are usually close. Depending on your setup you might consider starting a little larger as you can always trim down parts a bit.

I think it would scale to fit most thin wall round tubes (2mm-3mm).
