These are a few floral Sashiko templates that I use for visible mending.  

 

Use a water washable marker (eg Crayola water washable marker), a heat erased pen (eg Pilot Frixion), or a wax marking pen (eg Clover Water Soluble Pencils) to mark the lines onto your fabric or garment.
