I recently got my hands on the original Raspberry Pi 1 Model B, but couldn’t find a case design that I really liked, so I decided to make my own.
Update (v2): The micro-USB port cutout has been enlarged to fix an issue in v1 where some cables could not be fully inserted unless they were particularly small.
This case is designed to be compatible with most heatsinks, and ensures that the connectors do not protrude from the case.
RCA cables with a diameter of up to 12.5 mm can be plugged in directly without removing the case.
The case uses a snap-fit design for secure assembly, but when using a Rev.2 board with mounting holes, the lid can also be fixed with screws.
In that case, please use M3 self-tapping screws or M2.5 screws.
The STEP file is also included for further modification.
