Skadis Roll and Spool Holder (up to 150mm Diam.)

This is a  spool and roll holder for the IKEA Skadis pegboard, designed to handle heavier rolls with up to 150mm diameter. The picture shows  50 m and 100 m paracord spools, weighing more than 1kg.

• ⭕ Spool clearance: fits spools up to 150 mm diameter
• ↔️ Flexible width: print only the arms, then add your own axle (I use wooden chopsticks) for amy width you need
• 🔩 Axle size: works with rods 3–5 mm diameter
• 🏋️ Strong design: two Skadis hooks per arm for better load distribution
• 🔄 Stress-friendly geometry: rounded hook edges for smoother force transfer, print profile optimised to anchor the hooks in the structure

This holder can be used for many types of small to medium diameter spools:

• Paracord spools
• Electrical wire spools
• Solder wire spools
• Kitchen paper rolls
• Ribbon or tape rolls
• Twine or thread cones

Print settings I recommend:

• No supports required
• 0.2 mm layer height
• 3 walls for extra strength
• Higher infill (33%) recommended 
• less the 50g of PLA for both arms together
