What You’ll Need to Build It:

• A 1.27mm (1/20 inch) PVC board, measuring 306mm x 267mm * 1
• 2-inch x 1/4-inch magnets, which are readily available at Home Depot *4
• CA glue (cyanoacrylate) for assembling and securing parts

Important Recommendations:

1. Use corrosion-resistant materials such as ABS or ASA for 3D printing. PLA is not recommended, as it becomes brittle after prolonged exposure to outdoor conditions.
2. Perform watertight treatment on all printed parts before assembly. This can include painting the surface with resin, applying putty, or using other sealing techniques. Untreated parts may allow water to seep between the PVC board and the antenna during heavy rain, potentially leading to signal deterioration.
3. Glue the bottom and upper frame after placing the Starlink antenna for a secure and long-term fixing solution!!!!! This ensures the mount stays firmly in place, even under extreme conditions, and prevents accidental detachment.
4. Printing Options:
   • If your 3D printer is large enough, use the STEP file to print the entire frame directly for optimal strength and simplicity.
   • If your printer has size constraints, use the 3MF file. The frame in this file has been split into sections with pre-added alignment interfaces, making assembly straightforward.

By following these steps and using high-quality materials and adhesives, you can create a durable, weatherproof, and secure mount designed to withstand long-term use in any environment.
