Swapmod - plate pusher (prevents jam safely)

This add-on prevents jams on swapmod. It pushes the plate out of the way preventing it been squashed underneath the heat bed. It is recommended printing it in PETG, ASA or ABS and securing with m3 screws (min. 5mm length) or 4mm cable ties.
