It's hard to tell how much force 3d-printed springs exert. Here is a test print with a bunch of compression springs in different sizes, designed for PETG, but should work in PLA as well. The springs all have 4mm diameter corners and vary in width from 10mm to 20mm and in height from 4mm to 6mm.

You can pretty easily test springs of lower height by cutting the model in Bambu Studio (although, I found that 3mm-height springs wider than 10mm are pretty useless, fyi.)  You can also stack multiple such cut models in Bambu Studio to make any height you want (although I've never tried this).  For both of these, you'll need to cut off the support plate as per the instructions below.

The 3d model and print profile uses a single layer of support material, so you have to print in 2 filament types. However, you can also cut off the bottom 1mm of the model plate, and print without any bottom support plate (the springs will be a bit more wiggly, which is why I didn't like to do that, but the force will be unchanged).
