Tire Valve Cap with Pressure Number (Parametric)

This is a threaded tire valve cover/cap with the tire pressure number printed on top.

• No supports required
• Prints number side down

Threads are M8 x 0.75 pitch.

The print profile includes 7 of the most popular pressure numbers and I included STL files for each.

30, 32, 33, 35, 36, 38, 40

The numbers are lightly raised for easy painting.

I also included the OpenSCAD file, it is parameterized so you can specify your own tire pressure number. The OpenSCAD file is extremely simple and uses the “threads” library.

I printed my test prints in PLA and using the smooth PEI plate. I will eventually replace them with ASA.
