While printing out some kitchen toys for a play kitchen I'm putting together for my nephew, I really liked the toy whisk design (BitsonCreations 's Original design) but was disappointed when I found out that in the original design needed the wires to be glued to the handle. I also noticed that a few other people had a similar frustration, so I took some time to do a quick remix of the handle to include square holes that you can press-fit the printed wires into. The holes should be a little large at the surface, making it easy to put the wires into, with a slight draft angle so the wires get wedged into place when you press them in.
While I was able to press the wires in by hand, it could be useful to use a set of pliers to help press the wires in if your worried about them falling out. The wires look like they were designed to be a bit flexible to allow a kid to really play with them, but can make it a little harder to apply some real force to them.
