Updated 2025-09-16: Added a plate for the full length drawer. It needs 4x each of the wide center top/bottom, plus the new plate “Full Length Sides”. I also removed the right/left sides of the wide drawer, they are identical, so just print two, and make sure the padding is on the outside edge.
These are fitted base models for the top and bottom chest of Harbor Freight 44" Series 1 tool chests. Only fits series 1 (18" deep). No glue needed, they fit together fairly well, even with HF tolerances. I have successfully used PETG and PLA for the grids, either should work fine. I use this thin base with 6x2mm magnets on most of my parts, they stick great to the drawers without the foam padding.
